We install the latest technologies, including lighting systems and remote controls, to make properties more comfortable and energy efficient. We offer a wide range of testing services and reports. For example, landlords safety certificates, periodic inspections reports and home buyers reports (see testing section for more details).

We can certificate installations to show compliance with ‘P’ of the building regulations.
